October feels like a turning-inward month. The pace slows, the air changes, and something in us naturally shifts toward reflection. In the spirit of that energy, this month's Virtual Reiki Circle is centered on Inner Knowing & Intuition — reconnecting with the part of you that already knows things, even when the noise of everyday life makes it hard to hear.

In our 60-minute virtual circle, you'll move through:

• A grounded opening and intention setting

• A guided meditation and visualization centered on your intuition and inner wisdom

• Holy Fire World Peace Reiki (you receive — no experience or prior knowledge needed)

• Journaling time with prompts to help you connect with what you already know
