The Sunday before Thanksgiving. It's a week that asks a lot of us — the travel, the family, the mental load of making it all come together. This month's Virtual Reiki Circle is timed intentionally: one grounded hour to come back to yourself before the week begins.

The theme is Coming Home to Yourself — that feeling of arriving somewhere and being able to put everything down. No performing, no keeping it together, no being anyone in particular. Just you, as you actually are.
