Join Create Grow Flow for Refill Your Cup — an intimate Reiki-infused sound bath evening hosted inside the creative pop-up space Retail Therapy by Dmarxx Design in downtown Norwalk. Surrounded by handcrafted goods and good energy, you'll have one full hour to slow down, drop in, and let yourself be held by sound and healing energy.
Each session includes a guided meditation, a therapeutic sound bath with crystal and Himalayan sound bowls, chimes, drums, and more — all held within a field of Reiki energy. Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive form of energy healing that supports deep relaxation and the body's natural ability to restore balance. We'll close with an oracle card pull to send you home with something to sit with.
