I'm Lisa, and I use Reiki and sound healing to help your nervous system do something it probably hasn't done in a while — actually rest. No prior experience needed. Just a willingness to show up and slow down.

The people I work with are usually functioning just fine on the outside. They're showing up, getting things done, taking care of their people. But underneath that, something feels off — a low hum of anxiety that won't quit, a body that can't seem to unwind, a sense that they've been running on empty for longer than they'd like to admit.
They're not looking for a dramatic life overhaul. They just want to feel like themselves again. Calmer. More grounded. Like they can actually breathe.

Here's how we can work together:
1:1 Reiki Sessions - A quiet hour that's entirely yours. Reiki works with your nervous system to release what's been stuck and bring your body back into balance — no experience necessary, nothing you need to do except lie down and let it happen.
Sound Baths - Sometimes the fastest way to get out of your head is through your body — and sound does that better than almost anything. Group sessions using singing bowls and other instruments that wash over you and support your body's own ability to rest, reset, and restore.

REIKI
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that supports balance and healing at the physical, emotional, and energetic level — leaving you feeling relaxed and renewed. As a Reiki Master trained in Usui/Holy Fire® World Peace Reiki, I work with your body's energy to reduce stress, release what's stuck, and restore a sense of calm. Sessions are available in person or via distance healing, and Reiki certification courses are offered throughout the year.
SOUND BATHS
Sound is all around us — and it has a more profound impact on the body than most people realize. Through singing bowls, drums, chimes, tuning forks, and more, sound vibrations help shift your brain waves, stimulate the vagus nerve, and guide your nervous system into a state of deep rest and balance. Sound baths are available as private sessions or group experiences.
HOME ENERGY RESET
Using a blend of energetic cleansing techniques and tools, a Home Energy Reset releases old and stagnant energy to create space for clarity, harmony, and positive communication. The result is a home that feels lighter — and more like yours.

Creating space for calm, clarity, and inner balance
Hi, I’m Lisa Baker — a Usui/Holy Fire® World Peace Reiki Master Practitioner, Sound Bath Practitioner, Reiki teacher, and retreat facilitator. Through my practice, Create Grow Flow, I offer experiences designed to help people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate greater balance in their everyday lives.
My journey into energy healing began during the COVID-19 pandemic — a period of deep personal transformation. Motherhood, along with navigating postpartum anxiety and the intensity of early parenting, led me to discover Reiki and sound healing as powerful tools for emotional regulation, grounding, and self-connection. What started as personal healing soon evolved into a calling to support others seeking more calm, clarity, and ease.
Today, I offer 1:1 Reiki and sound healing sessions, private and group sound baths, Reiki certification courses, retreat experiences, and community wellness events. My work is especially supportive for busy parents, caregivers, working professionals, and anyone craving intentional space to rest, reset, and reconnect.
Before this chapter of my life, I was a special education teacher — an experience that deeply shaped how I hold space. It taught me the importance of meeting people where they are, creating inclusive environments, and adapting experiences so everyone feels supported and welcome.
My approach blends grounded energy work with compassion, intuition, and practicality. I believe healing doesn’t have to feel complicated or out of reach — sometimes it begins simply by giving yourself permission to pause, breathe, and receive support.
Whether you join me for a session, a class, or a retreat, my intention is always the same: to help you reconnect with your own inner steadiness, create space for growth, and move forward with greater flow.
